Who you're contracting with
Venito is a brand operated by Vanta Group. References to "we", "us" or "Venito" mean Vanta Group. Contact for legal queries: privacy@venito.io.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including the content you publish and the people you invite. Don't share your credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Don't use Venito to send spam, harass others, infringe copyright, or distribute illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or its users.
Billing
Per-event purchases are one-time. Pro is billed monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from settings — your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create on Venito. You give us a limited licence to host, display and transmit it as needed to run the service. We don't claim any rights to use your content for marketing without your permission.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may close or suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users or to the service. We'll always give reasonable notice except in clear cases of abuse.
